The Chop4Naija Kitchen does not just house Foodies, we are also true lovers of seasonal movies.

The past month or two had us glued to our TV screen every Monday morning watching Game of Thrones and Power from the weekend. Because we can’t seem to watch anything without munching something, we started off with microwave popcorn and fizzy drinks even though we spend the rest of the day complaining about our growing pot bellies.

By the second week, it was time to eat more responsibly by making healthier snacks, the new challenge was the timing. Because our work officially starts at 10a.m and we need about 2 hours for both series, food had to be ready at 8a.m. but the kitchen opens at 7:30a.m.


And that is how The 15mins Healthy Eats for TV series was born….So much fun I tell you because that rush to make sure you have something tasty in your mouth when Cersei Lannister is executing her next evil…..pumped!
