2 carrots
2 Irish potatoes
Vegetable oil

1. Wash all the vegetables and chop into small pieces.
2. Add few drops of vegetable oil and cook the vegetables until it becomes soft.
3. Avoid adding salt if your baby is less than a year.
4. Blend the vegetables using blender till it becomes smooth
