Egg Stew Recipe

Once in a while , i enjoy taking boiled yam with egg stew. It’s a lovely stew which is very simple to make.Usually serves as my breakfast whenever i feel like taking it and with just a cook time of 15 minutes, one will be done with this great stew. The following ingredients will be needed for the preparation of egg stew.


Tomato Sauce
I medium sized onion
Curry and Thyme Powder
Groundnut Oil
Titus Sardine Pack
5 Big eggs
2 maggi cubes
Salt to Taste


Cooking Direction

1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the sardine .Whisk the egg and sardine thoroughly.

2. Put a small pot on heat, add oil and diced onions. Allow to fry for some minutes then add the tomato suace, thyme, curry , 1 maggi cube and salt. Stir it and allow the sauce to cook for 15 minutes.

3. Add the mixed egg is step one above into the sauce in step two, allow to simmer for like 5 minutes.

4.At the stage, the egg stew should be done. Serve with boiled yam.
