How To Make A Well Spiced Fish.
I enjoy taking spiced fish with garri. With an amount of 300 naira , one can easily make a well seasoned fish. Making a spiced fish is easy to do, all you need to do is follow the procedures in this write-up. Let’s start by listing the ingredients needed to make our seasoned fish.
10 small fish ( panla, shawa or titus)
Vegetable oil ( as appropriate)
Salt to taste
1. In a plate, mix the salt, pepper and the curry together. Coat the fish with mixture and set aside for 25 minutes.
2. Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat for some minutes and drop each fish gently into the oil. Deep fry for 5 minutes and ensure you don’t cover the frying pan.
3. Remove the fish from the oil and drain it.
