Fresh Strawberries
Sugar or Honey.


1.Use a blender to extract the milk from the coconut by first removing the coconut from the flesh , place the chopped coconut in a blender, add some water and blend , sieve the milk from the chaff.

2. Place the extracted milk in a blender, add chopped strawberries and blend till smooth.

3.Add sugar or honey and enjoy the smoothie.
